Insurance Facts

A quick, honest word about insurance and cost. I'm an out-of-network provider, and that's on purpose. It means your whole visit is just you and me, with nobody hurrying you out the door to make room for the next appointment.

● 60 minutes: $155

● 45 minutes: $125

● 30 minutes: $85

I don't currently accept insurance directly, but I accept HSA and FSA cards, and I'm happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. I'd recommend checking with your insurance company first, since out-of-network benefits vary by plan.

A few things to know before we meet

  • "Being male, I did not realize the crucial role my pelvic floor played in my health until I received a diagnosis and underwent a prostatectomy. Recovering with urinary incontinence and daily interruptions was brutal, but pelvic floor physical therapy with Jill made all the difference. Her treatment methods and compassionate guidance were the exact keys I needed to rebuild my strength. I’ve reached a point in my recovery where urinary concerns no longer dictate my routine or restrict my activities or travel. Thank you, Jill, for your outstanding expertise and dedicated care!"

  • "When I began physical therapy, I was getting shooting pains through my abdomen, back, hip and bladder. The pain would come quite often, and regularly disrupted my everyday life. Since beginning PT with Jill, the pain has greatly diminished. The twinges are not nearly as strong or frequent, and it continues to get better every visit! Needling, stretching and strength exercises have made a world of difference!"

    — KG

  • "Continued, regular pelvic floor therapy has provided much relief to pain in lower back and relief of hip pain and sciatic symptoms. If I miss an appointment my pain levels in my lower back increase and are troublesome. I am grateful that this form of therapy exists. An added benefit from this therapy and at home exercises is that urinary flow and bowel control have also improved greatly. I highly recommend Jill for pelvic floor physical therapy for your patients."

    — JD

  • "Jill has profoundly changed how I've been carrying my body and extra pregnancy load. In the beginning, I had pain so severe that I couldn't stand by the end of the day. With Jill's deep tissue massage and decompression exercises, I'm able to cope with pain and last so much further into the day. I feel like I have the tools now to stabilize my muscle pains and aches."

  • "Like many women, childbirth did not go as smoothly as I had expected. While my son’s birth was the most joyous day of my life, little consideration was given to appropriate healing for me. I was left with untreated urinary incontinence, painful scarring and over time, subsequent spine, hip and pelvic pain. Chronic discomfort and embarrassment were constant companions which I didn’t even know could be treated until I was referred to Jill. With an educated and studied nonchalance surrounding these difficult to discuss issues, she carefully and consistently treated me with hands-on expertise, an exercise program and best of all, sensitivity and understanding. Jill combines a doctorate level education and dedication to her life’s work with a matter-of-fact approach erasing issues that once seemed intractable. She has truly changed my life. Presenting Jill with a complicated physical therapy agenda, she was undaunted and eager to try to find the root of my chronic pain and treat it. She was willing to explore many therapeutic modalities with creativity and insight while also applying knowledge gained from continuing education. Following her advice, she has made it possible to again enjoy physical activities like Pilates and gardening without pain."

“Is this you?” symptom check

Not sure whether pelvic floor physical therapy is what you need? If any of these sound familiar, it's worth a conversation:

● Low back, tailbone, hip, or groin pain that nothing seems to touch

● Leaking when you laugh, sneeze, or run

● Pain with sex, tampons, or a gynecological exam

● Recovering from pregnancy, birth, or abdominal or pelvic surgery

● New changes that arrived with perimenopause or menopause

● Erectile dysfunction or pelvic pain in men

● A heavy, “something's not right down there” feeling

Recognize yourself in any of that? You're in the right place, and I'd love to help.

Have questions first? Totally normal, most people do. What actually happens at a first visit, what it costs, whether it's just kegels (it's not), what to do if you've tried PT before and it didn't help — I've answered all of it, honestly and in plain words, on the FAQ page.
